Welcome to Pass Med Exam. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, courses, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By enrolling in a course, creating an account, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Pass Med Exam

Pass Med Exam is an online exam preparation platform offering crash courses for students preparing for nursing and medical licensing examinations, including the NRE (National Registration Examination) crash course. Pass Med Exam is currently operated as an unregistered business/sole proprietorship under the trading name “Pass Med Exam.” This section will be updated once the business is formally registered.

2. Eligibility

Our courses are intended for individuals preparing for professional nursing/medical licensing examinations. By enrolling, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide during enrollment is accurate and complete.

3. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received and verified.
We currently accept payment via direct bank transfer only. We do not use a third-party payment gateway and do not collect or store card details, CVV numbers, or online banking credentials.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment confirmation details (e.g., transaction ID, payment screenshot). Enrollment may be delayed or declined if payment cannot be verified.
Course pricing, content, and mentor assignments (e.g., course mentor) are as advertised at the time of enrollment and may be updated for future cohorts without affecting students already enrolled.
Enrollment for certain courses may be limited to a maximum number of students per cohort due to platform capacity. We recommend enrolling early to secure your seat.

4. Refund Policy

Pass Med Exam does not currently offer refunds on any course purchase, once enrollment is confirmed and course access has been granted. Please review course details, curriculum, and mentor information carefully before enrolling.

5. Course Access

Upon successful enrollment, you will receive access credentials to our learning management system.
Course access is granted for personal, individual use only and is non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of access without refund.
We track course progress and video-watching activity within the platform to monitor engagement, maintain academic records, and support platform administration.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any student found violating these Terms, including account sharing, unauthorized redistribution of content, or abusive conduct toward staff or mentors.
We aim to keep course content available and updated but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times, due to factors such as maintenance, hosting provider issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, quizzes, notes, slides, and any other material provided through the Platform — is the intellectual property of Pass Med Exam and/or its instructors, and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You may not:

7. Medical & Educational Disclaimer

The information, courses, videos, quizzes, and materials provided by Pass Med Exam (collectively, the “Content”) are intended solely for educational and exam preparation purposes. Our Content is designed to help students prepare for nursing and medical licensing examinations and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, treatment, clinical training, or supervised clinical practice.

Not Medical Advice: Nothing in our courses should be interpreted as medical advice for any specific patient or clinical situation. Our Content is exam-preparation material, not clinical guidance.
Clinical Practice: Any procedures, examination techniques, or clinical approaches referenced in our courses must be performed only in accordance with the policies, protocols, supervision requirements, and standards of your specific clinical setting, institution, or licensing body — not solely on the basis of this Content.
No Liability: Pass Med Exam, its instructors, and content creators assume no liability for any injury, damage, exam outcome, or professional consequence arising from the use, interpretation, or application of the Content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pass Med Exam and its instructors, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of exam opportunity, professional setbacks, or technical disruptions to course access.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question.

9. Communication

By enrolling or providing your contact details, you consent to receive communication from us via email and WhatsApp regarding your enrollment, course updates, support, and occasional promotional messages. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by contacting us directly.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
